Wir schrecken zwar auch nicht davor zurück, schon mal 1500+ Hülsen am Stück mit dem Handetzgerät zu zündern – aber ganz ehrlich, Spaß macht das nicht. Der PCPS ist quasi eine Zündhütchensetzmatrize für die Wiederladepresse. Mit dem PCPS arbeitet man extrem schnell und hat auch die volle Hebelkraft der Einstationenpresse zu Verfügung. So fällt das Setzen der Zündhütchen nochmal wesentlich leichter, als mit anderen Tischgeräten.
Mittels Mikrometer lässt sich die Setztiefe der Zündhütchen wiederholgenau in 0,01mm Schritten einstellen. Die Primer Pick Up Tubes gewähren eine zuverlässige Zuführung der Zündhütchen. Derraco fertigt ausserdem eigene Precision Shell Holder mit LEE Footprint für den PCPS.
Die Primer Pick Up Tube / Zündhütchensammler und die Hülsenhalter sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und gesondert im Shop erhältlich.

Too many F-Class shooters were bitching about the reference from the rim. There you go. Here is the base referenced model!
The system features a floating by-passing anvil mechanism ( Wolfgang mechanism ), changing the datum from rim to the base!
You can also easily disable the Wolfgang feature can be disabled with the provided adapter.
This innovative idea comes from a mechanical engineer & shooter, Mr Wolfgang Wollmer in Worms, Germany. PCPS-Wolfgang is named after Mr Wolfgang for his genius ideas.

Sorry, PCPS-Wolfgang is too fresh out of the workshop. No printed instruction manual for the moment. You will have to download one from this website.
Our workshop had put a huge amount of hard work into the development of PCPS-Wolfgang. Extensive extra machining and heat treating on 420 billets. We are not planning to mass-produce the Wolfgang model. Well! PCPS is a great product, and you can save some money by choosing the PCPS.
