Dornenpresse zum Setzen von Geschossen mittels einer Handsetzmatrize zur Herstellung von Präzisionsmunition. Man kann sowohl mit konventionellen Wiederladepressen als auch mit Dornenpressen sehr präzise Munition herstellen. Wir setzen die Geschosse i.d.R mit einer Dornenpresse.
Durchdachte, sehr steife Konstruktion und hochwertige Fertigung für beste Konzentrizität.
Rechtsausführung; mit geringer DIY Modifizierung ist ein Umbau der Presse für linkshändige Bedienung möglich.

- Most components are precision CNC-machined from solid stainless steel billets, resulting in an ultra-heavy-duty construction that is significantly stronger and more rigid than other arbor presses on the market.
- Both the ram rod and column are precision centerless ground for exceptional accuracy and a precise fit. The ram rod and column bores are machined to tight tolerances and verified using go/no-go gauges, ensuring absolutely zero wobble during operation.
- Equipped with dual SKF bearings, the press delivers exceptionally smooth and consistent operation.
- The ram rod pressing face is precision surface-ground on a custom jig using a surface grinding machine. This ensures the pressing surface remains perfectly parallel to the base surface for maximum precision and alignment.
- A detent ball bearing mechanism is integrated into the arbor to ensure precise alignment every time the height is adjusted.

Derraco Engineering Ltd is an Australian firm, which was developed by two knife makers. Durig Covid they spent over a year perfecting the designs for the “Ugly Annealer”, choosing the best and most appropriate materials to make the machine. No plywood case, no cheap plastics, and no corners could be cut. Since that time the company has gone from strength-to-strength and gone on to develop a whole host of other related tools for the shooting community and their reloading needs. The ethos of the company is always to hold designs to be both aesthetic as well as functional, and all engineering to always be held to the absolute highest of tolerances.
